I do not have a significant fps drop with 圎nviro 1.10 on my system. Here are the results of a test I just did at various airports. KSEA - Drzewiecki Seattle Airports and Seattle City I went to and chose airports with rain, so there was significant cloud cover and precipitation. I have the Drzewiecki Seattle scenery loaded at KSEA as well as ortho scenery.

There is an fps drop with 圎nviro in most locations but for me it's only about 5fps and I still get enough frames per second to have a smooth simulation. The me state that those fps numbers are just sitting at the end of the runway at those locations. Let me add that I do not think there is yet a good weather engine for X-Plane 11. For me it's mostly the cloud draw distance. I detest seeing clouds drawn overhead that extend equally in all directions and then abruptly stop. For the most part I do not get that in 圎nviro but that is not to say that I always prefer the way the clouds look in 圎nviro.
